Details you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company and the content of your message. If we supply goods to you, we also hold order, delivery and invoicing details.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, fulfil and support orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep our records. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with suppliers, couriers and payment providers to complete your order, with our website host to deliver the site and forms, and where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping, and protect them with access controls and encryption in transit.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@nextsf.ae.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots; it may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details for that purpose, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
