Terms of sale

These terms apply to goods, software and services supplied by Next Step Forward FZ-LLC ("we", "us") to business customers. Please have them reviewed by your legal adviser before relying on them.

1. Quotes and orders

Prices are given in written quotes and are valid for the period stated on the quote. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. Stock, supplier pricing and exchange rates can change, so quotes not accepted within their validity period may be re-issued.

2. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in the currency on the quote. UAE VAT and any other applicable taxes or duties are shown separately where they apply. Payment is due as stated on the quote or invoice, and we may require payment before placing an order with a supplier.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See our delivery and returns page.

4. Food, herbal and wellness products

These goods are supplied in sealed original packaging with batch and expiry details where applicable. For safety reasons they cannot be returned once opened or unsealed unless faulty or not as described. Goods are supplied subject to the registration, labelling and import requirements of the destination market, and buyers are responsible for holding any licences needed to resell them. No medical claims are made.

5. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you make warranty claims. Software is licensed under the publisher's licence terms, which you accept on use.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the emirate where we are registered.

8. Software subscriptions

Our subscription software products, including Taleform and Courtship AI, are provided under the terms, pricing and cancellation policies published on each product's own website.
